I found a Vampiric Bite III enchanted book in a chest. The enchantment can be applied in Creative mode, but in Survival the anvil shows no output at all. I also tested this in a clean profile with only Vampirism, Farmer's Delight, Vampire's Delight and required dependencies. The issue still occurs.
