Remove netdata packages

Given netdata container image has been migrated to zimfarm (See openzim/zimfarm#1498), it becomes imperative to delete the netdata packages published from this repository as they won't be needed anymore.

Nope, this issue is about removing the packages themselves from https://github.com/kiwix/container-images/pkgs/container/netdata

We need to wait for deployment of the new package to be done at https://monitoring.openzim.org and wait to confirm everything works fine.
