Allow quick SOS emoji selection in player info screen

In team games, it is currently not possible to quickly indicate that the self-player is being attacked.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the following steps:

1. Right click on self
2. On radial menu, click "info"
3. On right side of "emoji" button, add new "SOS emoji" button
4. When clicked, sends SOS emoji on self to server

Describe alternatives you've considered
This may be extended to in general allow signaling SOS on teammates. (e.g. indicate in the team that a player is being attacked.)

Additional context
Currently, on enemies, the right side of the emoji button is "target", which then sends message "XXX wants you to attack XXX". Then, for self and team mates, there should be something similar to indicate that someone is being attacked and needs help.
