It would also be very helpful to differentiate "Outline" and "Fill" directly in the component names, for example: "o-check" and "f-check". I saw that on : https://www.flaticon.com/search?word=heart&weight=regular+solid&corner=rounded&type=uicon

These improvements would significantly enhance the user experience and make icon swapping much more reliable.
