Iโm a 5th-year student at the University of Waikato, New Zealand, with a focus on data analysis and interdisciplinary reasoning across politics and policy, economics, history, and law.
I previously completed a BSc (Major in Computer Science, Minor in Data Analytics) and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, and Iโm now complementing this technical background with social science study to better understand complex issues using systems thinking and mixed-methods research.
Iโm particularly interested in applying these skills across the public sector, consulting, and think tanks; my policy interests include tech and AI, innovation and infrastructure, democracy, and workplace reform.
Outside university, I write a Substack on policy, culture, and society, go on day walks and overnight hikes, and serve in leadership roles with WPSSA, SPPANZ, and the Singularity AI Club.
